Brainspotting:"It's Weird"

  • Brainspotting is based on the idea that where a person looks affects how they feel.  The practitioner observes the client's eye movements and non-verbal cues, and helps them focus on specific eye positions called "brainspots". These brainspots are linked to certain emotions and experiences. 

  • Brainspotting can be used to improve performance and career roadblocks. 

  • David Grand, PhD discovered brainspotting in 2003. 

  • It's essential to work with someone who is specifically trained in brainspotting
